Forbes Magazine currently published a list of the a hundred Most Innovative Leaders. One out of a hundred became a lady. And none was a girl of coloration. Seriously? In those instances (or any time), for a list like this to appear in a good enterprise magazine is, in my opinion, downright deplorable. They had the grace to admit this is incorrect, but how did this list ever get published? Forbes' list is simply the symptom.
